Le Monde Gourmand, retailing as Gourmand Beauty, runs a Shopify storefront tied to a meaningful paid-traffic budget. The brief was an end-to-end technical and paid-traffic audit to find where ad spend was being silently wasted by site performance.
The audit covered performance (Lighthouse, Web Vitals on real-user data), accessibility, third-party script weight, structured data integrity, and LCP on the PDPs where paid traffic actually lands. The output was a prioritized remediation backlog quantified by ad-spend impact: a slow PDP LCP is not just a UX problem, it is a measurable cost on every dollar spent driving traffic to that page.
Deliverable was a backlog the in-house team could execute against, with each item tied back to an estimated paid-traffic ROI delta.
